Sunday Drive

On Sunday afternoon after church, we took a short drive out to Lucky Peak to see the water being released into the Boise River. It was amazing to see how much water was being released. The kids thought it was really cool. Alexa is looking forward to going to the beach there this summer with cousins. . hint hint!

Happy Birthday Alexa

We celebrated Alexa's birthday on May 22. She is 4! After changing her mind for months about a birthday cake, she finally decided on a ballerina cake. It sounded great, but for the life of me I could not find anything to support the theme. To solve the problem, I dressed her up like a ballerina and put it on top of the cake. She was happy with it and she got to be the star of her own cake!
